Return and Refund Policy

At Romi-Fashion, we want you to love what you ordered. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

How returns work

All approved returns are issued as Romi-Fashion store credit or an exchange, so you can choose a different size or style. We do not offer cash refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing. Items with a manufacturing fault, or incorrect items you received, are eligible for a full refund to your original payment method.

How to start a return

Email us at info@romi-fashion.com with your order number and the items you would like to return or exchange, and our team will guide you through the next steps.

Return conditions

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of marks, makeup, deodorant, or perfume.
  • All original tags must be attached and items returned in their original packaging.
  • Shoes must be returned in their original box and tried on indoors only.
  • Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

Return shipping and fees

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping charges are non-refundable. A 5.00 USD handling fee is deducted from store credit to cover return processing.

Exchanges

If you need a different size quickly, we recommend placing a new order for the replacement and returning the original item for store credit, as we cannot hold items while a return is in transit.

Order cancellations

To cancel an order, contact us at info@romi-fashion.com within 6 hours of placing it. Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped, and cancellation refunds are issued as store credit.

Shipping Protection

Shipping Protection is an optional add-on at checkout that covers your order if it is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. If you did not add it at checkout, your order is not covered for these situations.
